Where to find my Secret arn in the console?

I created an RDS Aurora resource from the console. Now I need to connect via boto3 to the database instance. I could find my "cluster_arn" in the console, but couldn't find my "secret_arn" in the console. Where can I find my "secret_arn" in the AWS console?

Use secret manager to create a new secret. It's easy.
