Hello.
Even if the RDS instance is deleted, if snapshots remain, storage charges will be added.
From the RDS snapshot screen, check that there are no snapshots left in the tabs circled in red in the image below.
If any snapshots remain, you should be able to reduce charges by deleting them.

Thank you Riku_Kobayashi for answering, but the thing is** I have deleted all the Snapshots** in the AWS RDS also. DO they still charge me for that. I think in my AWS there is postgresql running. Anyways... Thanks a lot for Answering..
If you have deleted everything, you should not be charged any more. Your bill will probably list the region where you use RDS, so it's a good idea to check if there are any remaining RDS-related resources in that region.
