to apply for AWS Activate credits using an Organization ID provided by one of your partner accelerators

Hello AWS Activate Support,

I'm trying to apply for AWS Activate credits using an Organization ID provided by one of your partner accelerators.

However, I'm unable to complete Step 2 – Link your AWS account.

When I click "Link my AWS account", I'm redirected to:

https://us-west-2.console.aws.amazon.com/activate

Instead of being prompted to authorize the account linking, I only see the generic AWS Activate landing page in the AWS Management Console. No authorization screen appears, and when I return to the AWS Startups portal, Step 2 is still marked as incomplete.

Here are the checks I've already performed:

Logged in as the root user of the AWS account. AWS account is fully activated. A valid payment method is configured. The AWS account and AWS Builder ID use the same email address. The AWS account is accessible normally, including Billing & Cost Management. Tried different browsers and an incognito/private window. Cleared browser cookies and cache. The issue persists.

Could you please verify whether there is an issue with my account linking process or with the AWS Activate application associated with my AWS Builder ID?

Thank you for your assistance.
