Cloud9 does not have a rendering engine for Jupyter as VSCode and Jupyter Notebook. This is why that code would not show anything in Cloud9. You can use Sagemaker Studio or Sagemaker Labs to have hosted Jupyter notebook instances.

do you mean for plain python code for VSCode it is possible to show plots for remote or online work on AWS? it is known using jupyter is not professional .... professional use IDEs like VScode or Charm , etc..

Sagemaker will be a new service to me, I will check it out. Thanks so much for confirming my suspicion that this would not be possible.
