Is it possible to manage an user's password in RDS DB instance with Secrets Manager?

The RDS User Guide shows that we can use Secrets Manager to manage master user's password.

If I create a new user other than the master user, how can I manage the user's credential (i.e., store, retrieve, rotate) with Secrets Manager?

Hello.

Those functions are probably not supported by anyone other than RDS administrative users.
Therefore, I think it is necessary to create a Lambda for rotation as usual for the custom user of the database.
