Hello.
Which AWS service is your website hosted on?
For virtual server services such as Lightsail and EC2, you can check the public IP address from the management console.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/using-instance-addressing.html#working-with-ip-addresses
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/understanding-public-ip-and-private-ip-addresses-in-amazon-lightsail.html
If you have set up a load balancer such as ALB in front of the web server, you can check the DNS name from the load balancer console.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticloadbalancing/latest/application/application-load-balancer-getting-started.html#test-load-balancer
I am sorry, I own the site, and my developer has hired new people and everyone seems to have amnisha. I have no idea how they set it up everything is down. Can you walk me through step by step?
I would start by reviewing the billing for the AWS account that is used to host the website. This should help you narrow down what service is being used. (EC2, Amplify, LightSail, Lambda, S3, etc)

Can I access the AWS Management Console? If you are unable to do this, we recommend that you ask an AWS administrator to explain and operate the process. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/introduction-to-iam-user-sign-in-tutorial.html
Once you are able to sign in to the AWS management console, search for "EC2" from the search bar at the top of the screen to move to the EC2 console. I think you can search for the target EC2 instance from there. If you cannot find your EC2 instance, you may be in the wrong region or your website may be hosted on a service other than EC2. If the region is incorrect, you can change it by following the steps in the document below. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsconsolehelpdocs/latest/gsg/select-region.html
If you host your website with Lightsail, go to the Lightsail console. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/lightsail-how-to-connect-to-your-instance-virtual-private-server.html
