hello, I'm running an email newsletter with sendy and I got this notice about my cloudshell but sendy set everything up for me so I don't know what this is

is it ok to allow that data to be deleted or do I need to do something?

thank you!

Yes, this should be OK. CloudShell isn't used to run applications.

  • oh ok thank you! do you know why I got this message? is it likely something to do with sendy installing the newsletter program for me?

  • Difficult to determine. Someone used CloudShell, so it allocated some storage for their home directory. It could have been used as part of installation instructions for issuing AWS CLI command. But whatever was installed, it would not depend on the CloudShell environment to run.
