Firstly, for your own security please edit the image in your question so that your email address is obscured or obfuscated.
It looks like you are trying to login to AWS Console with the wrong account. Do you have a different email address registered for Skill Builder, and are using that one here on AWS Console?

No. I am using the same account for both Console and Skillbuilder.
There error message in the red box is telling you that there isn't an account with that email address.
Are you trying to sign in at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ or are you using an account sign-in URL ?
https://console.aws.amazon.com is correct. I had no problem with logging in until few weeks ago. I do not understand why this is happening all of sudden. I need to log in to change my payment info.
There are a lot of suggestions to work through here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/troubleshooting-sign-in-issues.html
But by the sounds of it, if this really is the correct email address and you really are the correct sign-in page then you are going to have to contact AWS Support https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/troubleshooting-sign-in-issues.html#troubleshoot-contact-support
If you have access to the email address (I think it was hotmail in the screengrab that you have now sensibly removed) then you may want to check for old emails from AWS (from back when the account was created, through to invoices received recently) for your customer number, acocunt number, etc. as this may help in the initial conversation with AWS Support.
