The developers cannot see the files located in the buckets

The developers who were added as admins and users under our organization in AWS cannot see the files located in the buckets. We are unable to solve the problem. What could be the issue and how do we solve it?"

Were there any errors when you tried to view the file?
If it is out, can you please share it with us?

Also, if SCP is enabled in organizations, check to see if access to S3 objects is denied.

    we don't see the any file in the buckets and we know we make buckets a month ago

    Check the API logs in CloudTrail when you access the S3 bucket. The API logs in CloudTrail may tell us something.
