AWS Credits Expired Only After 1 Month

Hello,

I have applied for a credit. The credit was accepted and defined on my account. However, after one month, I see that the credit is expired. Though, it is stated that the credit is valid until 2026 in credits tab in the billing and cost management console, it seems to be expired now. Also, I know that I couldn't use all of the 5k$ credits since the bill is only 28$. What should I do?

Hi

Contact AWS Support: They can clarify the specific expiration date of the credit applied to your account. They can be reached through the AWS Management Console

You don't need any Support Plan for the Billing and account related questions
