AWS console app does not show the most recent logs

0

When trying to access cloudwatch logs using the AWS console iOS app I've noticed that if my log group spans more than one day, I am unable to see the log entries for both days.

In the attached screenshots, you can see that the app is aware that there are more recent log entries, however on selecting the log group, I'm always shown yesterday's entries, even though they are in reverse chronological order.

I'm able to see logs for all the days covered by the log group in the AWS web console.

In the AWS Console app, try manually refreshing or reloading the log view. This can often be done by pulling down on the log entries or using a specific refresh button in the app. Some mobile apps store cached data to improve performance. Try clearing the cache for the AWS Console app on your iOS device. This option is usually available in the app settings also ensure that you are using the latest version of the AWS Console app. Outdated versions may have bugs or issues that have been addressed in newer releases. Check the App Store for updates. Remember that mobile apps may have limitations compared to the web-based console, and it's possible that there could be specific issues or bugs with the mobile app. Providing feedback to AWS through the app store or contacting AWS Support directly can help improve the app's functionality

Hope it clarifies and if does I would appreciate answer to be accepted so that community can benefit for clarity, thanks ;)
