Hi,
I'd recommend you create a static Ip and attach it to the instance as the default dynamic public IP address attached to your Amazon Lightsail instance changes every time you stop and restart the instance.

- Domain not yet linked to the hosting AWS Public IP.
- Public IP which I am testing is: 34.253.7.6

Hello.
SSH into Lightsail and check if the web server is running.
Also, are there any errors recorded in the web server access log or error log?
