Migration to Amplify Gen2 Type-Script

Given an existing original Amplify instance, are there any tools or services to migrate that instance to the new Gen2 version using Type-Script? This is not mentioned in the documentation https://docs.amplify.aws/gen2/how-amplify-works/concepts/

GOAL: Type-Script generation from existing Amplify instance, such that further development can be done with Gen2 Type-Script going forward. If no tools or services for this, could GenAI help with migration in some way (doubtful but have to ask). Thx.
