Hello.
Looking at the breakdown in the image, you can see that there are charges for EC2 instances.
After signing in to your AWS account and checking the global view from the URL below, check in which region EC2 and resources related to EC2 remain.
If you delete an EC2 instance that is no longer needed, you will no longer be billed.
