Urgent Complaint: Unauthorized Charge on My AWS Account - Immediate Resolution Required

0

Dear AWS Customer Service,

I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the recent email I received about a failed payment attempt on my account (ending in 4984). This is particularly frustrating because I have not used any AWS services that would warrant such a charge.

I am very concerned about this issue and would like it to be resolved immediately. Please investigate this matter as soon as possible and ensure that no unauthorized charges have been made to my account. I expect prompt resolution and clear communication from your team.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Hello.

Looking at the breakdown in the image, you can see that there are charges for EC2 instances.
After signing in to your AWS account and checking the global view from the URL below, check in which region EC2 and resources related to EC2 remain.
If you delete an EC2 instance that is no longer needed, you will no longer be billed.
