Why does AWS use Pearson Vue for online exams? - a bad experience

I attempted my AWS Certificate exam online with Pearson Vue. The phone app used to verify the setup did not work, and there is no contact information for any help. I persisted with the exam link and was able to contact the facilitator five minutes after the exam start time. She made things so difficult that I couldn't wait to complete the exam quickly, and because of the bad experience. I made the cardinal mistake of scheduling the online exam on a Friday afternoon, and the facilitator made me pay for it with her bad attitude. Sitting an AWS exam is a big deal for a professional. When AWS uses Pearson Vue for its test centers, the unreliable level of service and professionalism reflects on AWS. It was later, when I searched for Pearson Vue reviews, they did not have favorable reviews in general.
