Seems no way but contacting AWS support for the fix in case last in couple hours already
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/modify-workspaces.html
When increasing the disk size of a WorkSpace, the process can take up to an hour to complete. However, if your WorkSpace has been stuck in the "Modifying user volume" state for a couple of hours, this is longer than expected.
During a volume size increase, users can perform most tasks on their WorkSpace, but they cannot change the compute type, switch the running mode, restart the WorkSpace, or rebuild it. Once the process is finished, the WorkSpace must be rebooted for the changes to take effect.
If you want users to be able to use their WorkSpaces while the disk size increase is in progress, the WorkSpaces should have a status of AVAILABLE rather than STOPPED before you resize the volumes. If the WorkSpaces are STOPPED, they cannot be started while the disk size increase is in progress.
Since your WorkSpace has been in this state for longer than the expected timeframe, you may need to contact AWS Support for assistance in resolving this issue, as the modification process appears to have encountered a problem.
