BUG: "Affected Resources" link is often bad.

For many AWS Health reports the "affected resources" link is bad.

For example: The "EC2 operational notification" for instances based on old AMIs, reports affected objects like like: arn:aws:ec2:us-east-1:xxxxxx:instance/<instance-id>.

When you click the provided link, it sets up a filter with the full string against instances and not just the instance-id, so it reports no instances found.

I've seen similar issues with the CloudWatchFull<2> alert pointing to (I think) an AMI... the provided link is useless.

For less experienced admins, it's hard to know what actions to take when the links don't show the problem!
