ec2 RDP timing out giving me error code: 0xf

Question

i have an EC2 instance. it was running well for a week now when i try to login there’s a black screen then it times out and i get this error message.

The graphics display components in the remote session failed to start up.

Error code: 0xf

i am on my home network , i have reset the instance numerous times then it wors but i dont want to keep on rebooting my system as i have algorithms running on the ec2

instances state is running, no alarms & status check passed

please can i get some help or if it can be checked out would be great please

This error is more related to Microsoft Windows than to AWS EC2: this post https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1338797/rd-client-error-code-0x11 gives some solutions to try when RDP has issues with graphics.
