Change Password Policies using Custom RDS SQL Server

I'm wondering if it is possible inside Custom RDS SQL Server to change the default password policies and the right way to do it.

    Sadly, no, AWS custom RDS SQL Server is not the same. I'm interested in the password policies related to the accounts created inside SQL Server and used to be authenticated. For the master SQL Server database-instance account, there is no problem. However, thank you for your idea.
