Lightsail new instance stuck in pending status for 1 month.

Region: us-west-1 AZ: us-west-1a IPv4 Address: 34.252.13.175

This instance already stuck in pending status for 1 month, I've tried every way but it still doesn't work. Pls terminate it, tks.
