SET UP DMS task as S3 as the source and AWS RDS Oracle as target

HI, Is it possible to create an s3 bucket as source and AWS RDS as target. I have a table in the s3 bucket that i want to bring it over to the AWS RDS Oracle. The table does not exist in the AWS RDS database. I try to create the s3 bucket as source and I do not get an option to create it.
