Why budgets@costalerts.amazonaws.com send me an email "My Zero-Spend Budget has exceeded your alert threshold"

Hi AWS,

I got emails from budgets@costalerts.amazonaws.com with title "AWS Budgets: My Zero-Spend Budget has exceeded your alert threshold".

The email content:

AWS Budget Notification July 02, 2024 AWS Account 058264088797

Dear AWS Customer,

You requested that we alert you when the actual cost associated with your My Zero-Spend Budget budget exceeds $0.01 for the current month. The month actual cost associated with this budget is $2.72. You can find additional details below and by accessing the AWS Budgets dashboard.

Budget Name Budget Type Budgeted Amount Alert Type Alert Threshold > ACTUAL Amount My Zero-Spend Budget Cost $1.00 ACTUAL > $0.01 $2.72

But I cant recall the account 058264088797 nor the password. I cant login the account.

Could anybody help me?

Hello.

Do you remember the email address you registered with your AWS account?
If you know your email address, you can sign in as the root user.

If you really don't own an AWS account, you can ignore the email itself.
