Move MAC address across AWS subaccounts

Question

I am using a 3rd party software that has license keys linked to MAC addresses. I am currently trying to create to create AWS subaccounts and understand that an ENI is linked to a specific subnet and hence cannot be moved across AZs.
1. Is there any way to migrate the MAC address across AWS subaccounts?
2. If it is currently not possible to migrate MAC addresses across AWS subaccounts, would I need to then create ENIs in my AWS subaccounts and bind my license keys to those ENIs?

1. No, this is not possible.
2. Yes - if you have licensing that is tied to MAC addresses then you will need to license them to the MAC address on each ENI that you have.
