You can search for active services in your AWS account by following the steps described in "Confirm you have terminated all active resources" in the document below.
I don't think there will be any problems if you delete AWS resources while comparing the search results with your bill.

Additionally, if you do not need all AWS resources, you can use a tool called "aws-nuke" to delete almost all AWS resources.
