URGENT: AISPL Marketplace Billing Block on Bedrock — Case ID: [***************] Unassigned 5 Days

0

Hello re:Post Support Team,

I need an urgent internal escalation to the AISPL Marketplace Billing Desk. My support ticket has been unassigned with zero response for 5 days.

  • Case ID: [***************]
  • Account Type: AISPL (India)
  • Impact: Critical blocker. Our startup cannot access third-party foundation models via Amazon Bedrock.

The Issue: We are experiencing a known systemic issue where the automatic AWS Marketplace backend subscription flow fails for Indian accounts. Due to RBI recurring payment regulations, the background check triggers a payment instrument failure. (Tried all available options – credit card, UPI, Netbanking)

Because we cannot change the underlying marketplace billing mechanism via the console, we are entirely blocked from deploying our Bedrock workloads.

Request: Could an AWS moderator please flag this Case ID internally to the AISPL Marketplace Operations team so they can manually validate our billing method or enable manual remittance?

Thank you.

I understand you're experiencing difficulties accessing third-party foundation models through Amazon Bedrock due to AWS Marketplace subscription issues with your AISPL account. For assistance with your existing support case, please add correspondence directly through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. This ensures your updates are properly tracked and routed to the appropriate team handling marketplace billing matters for Indian accounts.

Regarding AWS Marketplace subscriptions and Bedrock model access: When subscribing to third-party models through AWS Marketplace, you'll need a valid payment method on file. If you're encountering payment instrument validation issues, the AWS Support team working your case will be best positioned to coordinate with the relevant billing operations teams to address account-specific payment method concerns.

For general guidance on using third-party models in Bedrock, you subscribe through AWS Marketplace, accept the end user license agreement, and then request model access through the Bedrock console. The model provider sets the pricing, which appears on your AWS bill.

If you're finding that your current support plan's response times don't meet your business needs, you may want to review the available AWS Support plan options, which offer different response time commitments based on severity levels. You can add updates to your case through the Support Center to ensure the team has the latest information about your situation.
