If you are using Managed AD , then you will need to use the Active Directory administrator tool to access the Managed AD . Please refer steps below: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/directoryservice/latest/admin-guide/ms_ad_manage_users_groups.html
If you have deployed Self managed Active Directory in your EC2 instance , the you can login to the EC2 instance and access the Active directly. You get full access to AD in this case.
