Changing Surname

I've created an Aws Training account Account using my second name as a surname, I've opened a ticket to change it to my last name, but is there any way to change it immediately so I can schedule an exam?

As per best of memory ,Its AWS Certification support team can update that as i faced the similar issue and support helped me to rectify the issue.
