IVS Player(1.23.0) experiences significant playback delays on IOS browsers (17s~29s). How can this issue be resolved?

I have created a front-end page using ReactJS that includes the IVS Player. While streaming from an RTMP source, other browsers operate with a delay of only 3 to 5 seconds, but on iOS browsers, the delay exceeds 17 to 29 seconds. How can I resolve this delay issue? When I tested it on https://debug.ivsdemos.com/, everything was normal, including on iOS. How was this achieved, and could you provide the source code?
