Does saving plan bought from the linked account share the discount with other linked account in the organization?

Hello team, if a saving plan is purchased from the linked account in the organization, can it share its discount benefits with the other linked account in an organization? or saving plan discount cannot be shared and only used under the same account from it purchased?

Unless sharing has been turned off, https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/ri-turn-off.html#ri-turn-off-process the default behaviour is that Savings Plan purchased in any account is shared with the organisation. Sharing can be turned on again for all or a set of accounts https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/ri-turn-off.html#ri-turn-on-process
