Hello.
The root user is the initial user that you create when you set up an AWS account, and it has full access to all AWS services and resources in the account. For security reasons, AWS recommends that you don't use the root user for everyday tasks. Instead, you should create IAM (Identity and Access Management) users and groups to manage access
