Issue: Client VPN endpoint DNS records not updated after ENI replacement Endpoint ID: cvpn-endpoint-0e008bbb83e8f6a70 Region: us-west-2 Timeline: ENIs replaced June 6, 2026 (4.5 days ago) Current ENI IPs: 52.32.16.136, 44.228.94.151 DNS still resolves to: 44.238.119.170, 52.36.130.179 (non-existent) Impact: All VPN clients unable to connect

This is not a configuration error on your side. You must escalate to AWS Support with the endpoint ID and ENI details so they can refresh the DNS records for your Client VPN endpoint.
