Mechanical Turk "Insufficient Funds" but I have AWS billing

Hi, When I try to create a HIT on MTurk via API, I get the insufficient funds message even though I have it linked to my AWS account and have AWS billing enabled. Multiple posts with the same issue over the past year and don't see any resolutions.

(Already filled the form to file an issue with the MTurk team but no response)
