How to create a Farm for deadline cloud

Question

Hi, I am new here. I am trying to create a deadline cloud service for rendering my DCC tools 3d Scenes. When I try to create my Farm by following the documentation. I kept the same region settings for IAM Identity Center and Deadline monitor But it says "Deadline cloud onboarding has failed. Please reach out to support representatives."

Hi,

The initial standard way to reach Support is via the AWS Console > Support > Create case unless you've an AWS account team working closely with you.

AWS Deadline Cloud was launched early April: still maybe some "teething" problems for specific use case. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think AWS had some Bugs in the service creation process. So, I was facing a similar problem while trying to create a Nimble Studio service. 
**I created a case and waiting for the support team to respond. **

The possible solutions could be (this actually helped me to solve the issue with the Nimble Studio service Creation process):
1. Delete and recreate a service.
2. Delete the AWS IAM Identity Center and recreate it with the appropriate region setting.
