Account verification is a standard security process for new AWS accounts that typically completes within 24-48 hours, though in some cases it may take longer. During this verification period, certain AWS services including CloudFront and CloudShell will be temporarily unavailable.
Unfortunately, there is no workaround to bypass the account verification process. This is a necessary security measure that all new AWS accounts must complete. The verification happens automatically in the background, and there are no manual steps you can take to speed it up.
Since you've already opened a support case, that's the correct course of action. The AWS Support team can check on the status of your verification and help resolve any issues that might be causing delays beyond the typical timeframe. You can add any additional information or follow up on your existing case through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/.
While waiting for verification to complete, you can still access other AWS services that don't require the verification process to be finished. Once your account verification is complete, you'll automatically gain access to CloudFront, CloudShell, and any other services that were temporarily restricted.
