EC2上传下载PDF限流方法。

我的场景是一些流量传输上传下载，限流只有一个自动提醒，有没有设置一个阈值，超过这个数字后强制限流的方法？目前我使用到EC2 ，data transfer 上传下载一些PDF 文件

因为EC2本身不限制带宽，您要做限流的话需要考虑使用一些第三方软件，比如wondershaper: https://github.com/magnific0/wondershaper
