- To transfer EIP that Account Basic can do open a ticket for support this?- If you have Basic Support, you can't create a technical support case. Reference : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html
- If must be developer, business and enterprise what is minimum type?- It starts with Developer , refer : https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/plans/. You can always cancel a paid Support plan, switch to the Basic support plan. Refer : https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/faqs/
- Just source account or destination must pay as well for support - Looks like from the thread you may have to open from both account , but you can always try with the source to start with. But as mentioned, you can always cancel a paid Support plan, switch to the Basic support plan. Support plans are always account specific.
