Reaching a web server from my Public IP

I have a web server that can be reached via my public IP. On the instance where this web server is hosted, I have a Tosibox connected to a physical site. The Tosibox connects on a whole different IP range. On this IP range, I have devices with a web interface. How can I navigate from the web server with the public IP to the web interfaces on the Tosibox IP range?
