Your AWS this Lightsail bank is all correct. Check in cPanel bank not doing why many times before this team message sir repeatedly said I declined debit card.

It is not very clear what your question is asking.

I am assuming it is with regards to having some trouble using your debit card for cPanel license purchase. If so, please contact cPanel Support to get help - https://cpanel.net/support/

Also it appears like cPanel only supports credit card or PayPal from this post on their support platform - https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/1500003405322-Store-Payment-Methods ( but again, please get this confirmed from their support channels )
