According to the guidelines, you can use the AWS logo on your website as long as you:
- Use the logo in a manner that accurately reflects AWS products and services.
- Do not use the logo in a way that suggests AWS endorses or sponsors your website or business.
- Do not alter the logo in any way, including changing the color or design.
- Include the following attribution statement on your website: "AWS is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates."
You do not need to pay a fee to use the AWS logo on your website. However, you may need to obtain permission from AWS if you want to use the logo in a way that is not covered by the Trademark Usage Guidelines.

The license section (3) of https://aws.amazon.com/trademark-guidelines/ governs the logo that is licensed to customer and partners, e.g. the "Powered by AWS logo" for customers.
