API Gateway+Lambda存在REST AP可以访问但HTTP API无法访问问题

我使用中国区API GATEWAY+Lambda，已经提了ICP exception并且通过了，目前Rest API已经可以正常访问，但是HTTP API还是不能访问，这个问题可能出现在哪里，如何排查呢？

REST API走的就是http协议，实在不行删掉重新建试试，可能和备案的资源有关
