I checked error log and I found the below errors, do you have any suggestions

Hi, I'm sorry you are seeing this issue. Are you able to ping the static ip successfully? If so, the static ip should be working properly. You may want to contact your domain provider to confirm whether there are any additional steps necessary to integrate with the static ip.
