Packet loss to Hong Kong region?

I am seeing about 20% packet loss from our US regions to Hong Kong. Is anyone else experiencing this? This has been going on for about a week now intermittently.

Is the 20% Packet loss from resource in an AWS US Region to resource in AWS HongKong region or resource in US region to Hong Kong over Internet? I would suggest to open a support case to provide your data capture.
