My IAM account failed to authenticate. How to find the issue and resolve it?

I was trying to use Sagemaker and I tried to log in to my AWS account 502306638095. But it is showing as authentication failed. But when I try creating a new one, it says email ID already exists, kindly sign in. I can't even connect to customer support as it also requires a login. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello.

This error means that you already have an AWS account created with the same email address.
So, try signing in as the root user of your AWS account using that email address.
