Need Urgent help: Name correction in AWS Training and certification account and Pearson VUE side update

Hi,

I have my AWS Certified Solution Architect exam scheduled on 21 May 2025 at 10:00. This is an test center exam managed by Pearson VUE. Candidate ID: ‎AWS05021833‎ Registration ID: 505518924

On the AWS Training and Certification portal , My name is First name (Given name): Bhuvaneshwari Last name (Surname): Baskar Aws portal

On the Pearson Vue side , My name is First name (Given name): Bhuvaneshwari Last name (Surname): ?

I have already raised the Customer Support request to update my name on may 14 and I received an email with confirmation that they changed it

But when I called Pearson VUE Customer support regarding rescheduling of my exam they said my name is Bhuvaneshwari ?

So i again raised the Customer Support request to update my name on 17 may 2025, 4PM but I have not received any response yet. Is there any method to get it resolved urgently? I have few days left from the examination time. Please let me know if my request will be resolved by then or I can't even reschedule my exam (already rescheduled exam because of test center cancel it) and only thing i can do is canceling my exam
