Hi,
I'm so sorry for the concern your delayed account activation has caused. I want you to get the help you need. In this situation, it's by continuing to work with our teams via your case. Refrain from creating multiple cases for the same topic as this can delay response times.
You can reply to your case at any time and request an update or share your concerns.

Hi Sage,
Thank you for your response. I want to provide urgency context that I hope you can escalate.
I am a registered participant in two official AWS hackathons:
-
Agents for Humans agentsforhumans.devpost.com
-
Amazon App Dev 2026 amazonappdev2026.devpost.com
I have 3 nearly complete projects built specifically using AWS services including:
- Amazon Bedrock
- Amazon DynamoDB
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon S3
- Amazon Transcribe
- Amazon Neptune
My projects are ready to connect to AWS but I cannot proceed without IAM access. The hackathon submission deadline is approaching and every day of delay directly impacts my ability to compete.
I am not creating multiple cases - I am replying here as directed. I respectfully request urgent escalation of my account activation given the active hackathon participation context.
Can you please provide an estimated resolution timeline?
Thank you, Anirban
