Thanks, @Mayank_J -- followed document you referenced and got me to where needed to be.
My user experience was slightly different, however.
Document:
- Sign in to Office 365 or OneDrive for Business.
- In the right pane, under My accounts, choose My account.
- On the account dashboard page, in App permissions, choose Change app permissions.
- On the App permissions page, under Amazon AppStream 2.0, choose Revoke.
My experience:
- In web browser sign in to onedrive.com
- Click on user icon in upper right and select View account
- In left menu select Office apps
- In left menu select App permissions
- In resulting screen under Amazon AppStream2.0 click "Revoke" and then OK to confirm
- Logout of stream
- Login to stream

There is no option to log out. If you no longer want to use One drive then follow the steps in this documentation to remove access.
