High latency on Global Accelerator

Question

Hello, I created my global accelerator last June 1. I was happy with it because I only get 1ms-11ms to the Global Accelerator, however, on October 1, 2023 the ping suddenly increased to 49ms-60ms until now. I checked the network route using 3 different internet service providers going to global accelerator's two static ip addresses and I noticed that all of them has to go to 151.148.11.212 which gives high ping. I am residing in Philippines by the way. Was there a changed on global accelerator last October 1, 2023?

Around end of September they added the service to new regions,but unsure if they may have caused it.
