Sometimes, the AWS Management Console may cache data that can cause issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Also try to use a different browser or an incognito/private window to see if the issue persists.

Thank you for your response. The issue persists across all employees within my company. I've tested it on both Google Chrome and Firefox, and the error only occurs on a particular client.
