Greengrass v2: Where can I find documentation for what "component" "status" field means? Specifically "new" status.

I encountered the "new" status but I'm unsure what it means: Screenshot here As far as I can see the component is functioning normally and is in state RUNNING locally and has been installed for a long time, but in Greengrass cloud displayed a "new".
