Aurora Global Database Restore Procedure

I have taken a manual snapshot of an Aurora Global database with the primary cluster located in Europe and secondary clusters in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

I am uncertain about the process for restoring the database from the manual snapshots into the primary cluster. Additionally, I'm not sure what steps I should take concerning the secondary clusters in these regions.

Could you please offer guidance and provide a set of steps that I should follow to address these concerns?

  1. Restoring from DB cluster snapshot to a new cluster : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/aurora-restore-snapshot.html
  2. Create Secondary regions in the new cluster : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/aurora-global-database-getting-started.html#aurora-global-database-attaching
